We provide Airport transfer service.

Transfers are return. For Kusadasi you will be picked up from either IZMIR or BODRUM Airports and will be taken to either to the Villa or to our office.

At the end of your holiday you will be picked up from your villa and set off for your journey to the Airport again. Please check entry and leaving times from/to the villas.

 

We also have this service from other Airports. Please let us know which Airport you’re flying to

No. We do not provide the beach towels. You should bring them with you or you can purchase them in the resort. 

We are pretty flexible for changeover dates and try to offer people the most suitable accommodation with their party
size and flight dates. So if you find some flights, check them against the dates in the availability tables or just call us.

Check-in time to the villas are usually 6pm or after and Check-out time is 10am or earlier. We allow people in earlier than 6pm or stay in the villa later than 10am if there are no other people coming in or getting out. We have a spacious and modern office in Kusadasi for waiting before you check-in or after you check-out comfortably.

Air-Con/Electric use is subject to extra charge in all villas and either separately metered or simply 3/4 of the electric bill for the period of rental.  Usual Air-Con/Electric charge per week in large villas are approx. £ 30 - 35  per week if used carefully. The Air-Con charge is going to be deducted from your security deposit with any breakages/damage in the property(Including damage to the bed linen and towels .

Yes. We charge £250 for any booking for upto 2 weeks for villas with private pools and £160 per week for villas with shared pools as Security Deposit. 
If the booking is longer than 2 weeks an additional £125 per week for villas with own pools and £160 for villas with shared pools will be required  This payment will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return back to the UK. The cost of Air-Con / Electric usage and any breakages/damage to the property or it’s contents  (including bed linen and towels) will be deducted from your security deposit.

 

Air-Con/ Electric bill for such villa is normally  between £30-£35 per week when used appropriately.

 

 We will supply 1 cot and 1 high chair for children per property for Free of Charge . 
We charge £10 per week per extra cot and £10 per week per extra high chair. You should let us know about any such requirement 8 weeks prior to your departure.

You should normally bring a pram with you but let us know if you can`t and we will try to arrange one for you. You should let us know about any such requirement 8 weeks prior to your departure.

We have special rates for over occupancy. We charge 75 Pounds per week per double bed and 50 Pounds per week per single bed. Prices include 1 sets of bed linen and towels(per week).

You would need to send us £125 per week for villas with private pools and £80 per week for villas with shared pools securing any of the villas with shared pools, balance will be due latest 8 weeks prior to your departure.

We don’t offer this facility as yet but most Credit Card companies offer “Credit Card CHEQUES”. You should talk to the Customer Services of your Credit Card company and ask for this facility.
