Turkey Wins "Best Golf Destination of the Year- Europe"
Turkey has been awarded “ Best Golf Destination of the Year – Europe 2008 ” by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO). The IAGTO Awards in association with Hertz are the official annual awards for the golf tourism industry.
On receiving the Golf Destination of the Year Award for Europe; Ali Sahin, Director of Golf, Cornelia Golf Club & IAGTO Turkey Chapter Chairman said: "We are very proud and happy to win this award. The award means we have achieved something because we have worked very hard over the last 10 years. We started off with just one course in Turkey , and now we have 14. Over the next two or three years there will be about 30 courses throughout Turkey ."
Kusadasi International Golf Resort
Kusadasi I nternational Golf is a spectacular new residential golf resort, the first of its kind in Turkey .
