Ephesus Golf Resort is a spectacular new development, superbly located on a crest overlooking the breathtaking Aegean Sea . The golf course will be completed with the first phase. The facilities will include communal pools, a heated indoor pool, a sauna and Turkish baths, a restaurant/cafe bar, a supermarket, amphitheatre, open-air cinema, playground, gym, shops, and laundry. Activities available will include horse riding, archery, ground chess and a hobby garden. There will also be a conference centre and heliport.

With an estimated projection of around 2000 properties the build strategy is carefully organised so that the building of one phase will not interfere with the occupation of another.

The first phase
The Aviary : This is the first phase released consisting of 465 apartments only.
