*Arrange the Key Delivery * Provide them a Local Representative * Check your Inventory (Preparing An Inventory list is extra) * Organise the Check-In * Give your clients info for the property, equipment, security etc. * Give local information to the visitors. * Visit them 2-3 times a week to see if they are happy. * Organise Emergency Repairs in the property (Supervising Only). * Organise the Check-Out(Including the damage and Inventory Check)
